At ADASA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
